Over 80 years ago, our family had multiple business ventures in and around Fergus Falls. One thing we have in common is the name of our businesses. White Swan Stables was located on the north side of Fergus Falls and raised Saddle Bred and gaited horses for show, training, and breeding. White Swan Farms was a group of several farms in and around Fergus Falls that raised Shire horses among other things. Their main location was on the east side of Swan Lake just outside of Fergus Falls. We still have several family heirlooms from the stables at our home, including a large metal sign and several steamer trunks that were once used for transporting riding costumes and gear. These were family events, with children and spouses participating in local parades throughout Minnesota and the Dakotas.

When we started thinking about the name of our mobile sauna rental business we wanted to incorporate some of our family history. We used things like the pictures on the trunks and the metal sign to help forge the foundation of our new family business, over 80 years later! Today we are proud to bring that legacy back to life in a new way but with a “familiar” name.
